Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

• There are no returns or exchanges on any products.
• Free items are not eligible for replacement or refund. 
• Pickup orders may be canceled if notified more than 72 hours prior to pickup date.
• Orders designated for shipping must be canceled within 24 hours after placed.
• Orders that have already generated a tracking number cannot be cancelled.

For order cancellation or modification requests, please contact (call or text) our customer service team at 504-909-0639 immediately. Cancellations via any other method (email, social media DM, etc.) will not be honored. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. However, such requests may not be possible due to the order processing schedule.  

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team within 2 days of when the order was received and provide a photo of both product and shipping box and a detailed description of the issue. We will make every effort to ensure you are happy with your Scrump-didlee-umptious! experience.
